Due to the amount of coaches and athletes participating in the Team Shakedown tomorrow, we will have Open Gym format hours from 8am to 11am.

Row 500 meters or Jog 400 meters, then
3 rounds of
5 Strict Presses
5 Strict Pull ups
5 Air Squats (5 second active hold at the bottom)
5 Push Presses
5 Kipping Pull ups

AMRAP 15 minutes
Row 250 meters or Run 200 meters
15 Wall Ball shots
8 Knees to elbows

Cool down:
Cat stretch on box, 1 min
Up/down dog, 1 minute each side
Go to the beach
