Mobility:
Row 500 meters, focus on form
DROM
Hip Mobility with Band, 2 minutes each
15 PVC Dislocates

Warmup:
Take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy deadlift weight

Workout of the day:
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

If you have not performed your max deadlift in a while, do that today.  If you have, then work up to around 90-95% of your max and try to maintain that same weight for all 7 reps with a shorter rest interval.

Rest as needed and then perform:
Tabata Row

Cool Down:
100 Situps
Quad on Wall, 1 minute each
Straddle, 90 seconds
Plow, 90 seconds
