Crossfit is not dangerous.  Poor movement is dangerous.  Ego is dangerous.  Today the scaling will depend on your ability.  If you are new and less experienced with the nuances of the clean or struggle to get into a solid overhead position, today is the day to practice getting your body organized, setting up properly and laying the foundation for optimal neural recruitment!  Don’t worry about maxing out and instead focus on technique keeping the reps higher and the loads manageable.

Rowing class has been cancelled today, but will resume next Sunday!
