This is the last of the qualifying workouts for the OC Throwdown. For those of you signed up, reveiw the standards here. I had a client joke to me about the eating frenzy that ensues over the holiday months, for her it started around Halloween and ended around Easter! Here we are in November and the holidays are a-comin’!! Now is the time to start strategizing. By now you should have some pretty good habits in place and most of you should feel like you’ve turned that corner where you actually feel amazing! Have you thought about how you’ll handle the holiday craziness, or not quite on your radar yet?
