I can’t believe the things we managed to do at PCF v1.0!  How far we have come….

Looking back at the photos in the “vault” it amazes me how far we have come as a gym, as coaches, and as athletes.  The person I see in the photo is not the same person today, I mean I’m not even hook gripping the bar!  As the saying goes, the only thing constant is change and thank god for that!  I am grateful to be amongst people that are always striving to be better than they were a year, a month, a day ago because as Diso has said, “life can be incredibly long!”  Just about everything relating to diet, training, and numerous other things in my life (hair of course) has undergone many iterations before becoming what it currently is.

 I am my own experiment and will continue to educate myself, explore, and test things I believe will help me be better than today.  My hope is that people view the environment we create as one where their own curiosities can be investigated.

 Looking back offers a unique reflection about where you are right now.

 If you saw yourself 2 months or 2 years ago, could you say “I have come so far!”?
