40 Double-unders

30 Box jumps, 24 inch box

20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Warm Up:

Perform 5 sets of the following:

2 Back squats

1 Rope climb

Back squats should be heavy and rope climbs should be legless if possible.

Miss you guys!

While spending a week away from home, Charlie, my gym, my “like minded people”, the food that I’ve decided I can’t live without, and the other things that make my life so damn good, I can’t help but wonder if everyone feels the same way when they leave their comfort zones?  Initially, I was worried with finding decent meals (forget grass-fed, organic, GOOD food, reminder, I’m in Pittsburgh), maintaining some level of activity, getting good sleep, finding good coffee, etc.

 Basically I had to relax a little, I am on holiday after all, and do the best I can with what I’ve got.

 Aside from missing Charlie and pemmican bars, I’ve managed to do pretty well, cooking most of my meals and getting some excellent wods in that have included sandbag hill sprints, sled dragging, and other various things that made me think we Angelenos are soft!
