6 Triple unders

I liked this guy in the video explaining how to get a triple under.  He first says you have to be honest with yourself in that you have to be pretty damn good with the double under first.

 Have some fun with this today.

 In your warm up practice building speed with the single jump and then the double and then go for it!

 The sub for triples in the workout will be 18 double unders:)

As of the writing of this post, our ladies have dominated the Clash with Lara and Liz taking first after WOD 1.  Diso cracked the top 10 with all the dudes making a strong showing.  More to be shared soon!
