Commit 10 to 15 minutes of the warm up to a heavy (but not record) 3 rep deadlift, and strict pull up practice.

I’ve always found the sound and smell of sizzling meat on the grill a satisfying and primitive experience.  But different cuts, no matter how well cooked, will still be different on your pallette.  I’m no chef or culinary expert by any means, but for my money Tri Tip, Skirt, and Sirloins (grilled right) are meats I could eat every meal, every day, for several lifetimes.  Goat legs and lamb shanks come in close runner ups.
