A weekend of firsts

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Row 300 meters

30 second cumulative Ring support hold

Deadlift 225/155 lbs, 15 reps

30 second cumulative Handstand hold

The ring support hold is ideally done with a tight hollow body position and wrists turned out at the top. The Handstand hold is also ideally done with a tight hollow body position, and facing the wall.



Tomorrow starts off our weekend of firsts. On-Ramp class starts at 8am, followed by Regular class from 9am until 11am.

We will aim to keep the heats going, on average, every 20 to 30 minutes depending on the WOD.

Also, Sunday is our vaunted return to Main Site, delayed by one week. We will kick it off with the Master’s Chipper WOD.
