20 Weighted Walking Lunges (75/55)
40 Double-Unders
Warm up with 4 Rounds not for time of:
4 Front Squats, hold the bottom for 1 full second before driving up as fast as possible, focus on good depth, speed and form, not weight!
Rest 20 seconds
6 Tall Box Jump, work up height each round
Rest 3 minutes and then perform the WOD

What a great time this weekend! Thanks to everyone for showing up and making this our best Box Jump to date! Thanks especially to CrossFit Fast for driving out and hanging out with us! We had around 50 athletes turn out to participate in an epic three part Team Wod, followed by an abundance of good food and drink. Thanks to Assassin for being the official Photog, enjoy the pics:)
