Team Workout!
We will start team warm up around 10:30.
Our turn to host our friends from CrossFit Fast.
Remember that On-Ramp class starts at 8 am, and regular class starts at 9 for those who are unable to join us for the Team WOD at 10.
Here’s what we can say about the WOD so far:
It is, if possible, programmed for 4 person teams, with at least one of those members from CrossFit Fast.
There will be 4 to 5 elements, with built in rest, and a mix of relay-style and tandem-style movements.
Each team will have . . . Oh, who am I kidding?! Just come in and find out. See you guys later.
