Alternating Double Tabata is performed as follows: 20 seconds of Power Cleans, followed by 10 seconds of rest, followed by 20 seconds of Push ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 8 minutes. Score total reps of each. Keep the push ups honest, and the cleans clean!

Your ‘K-Ron’ score is the total reps from the Double Tabata and sit ups.

Practicing for the L1.

I have never met an athlete with such fearlessness, aggression, and heart as K Ron.  With us from the beginning, dealing with hip issues that would make any lesser person quit, and standing by us through growing pains that would spell doom for any other gym, she has demonstrated herself as forever a member of Paradiso CrossFit.

  Join us in wishing her farewell and Godspeed as she has been accepted to a doctorate program in a Midwestern state far from Cali.  The good news is, she will be assisting at their local box as a trainer and will be shadowing us at the gym until she leaves.

  I have said before that of every 10 people that join our gym, only one or two end up staying.  But if we ever lose any one of those that stay, it feels as if we’ve lost 10 people.  You will be missed K Ron.
