Congratulations to all who competed in the shakedown!  I can’t even begin to sum it up, PR’s were smashed, new levels of athleticism were achieved, mental barriers were conquered, all done in true PCF style.  It was a real honor to compete along side you, and to the sea of friendly faces in the crowd cheering us on, you are the best!
