Perfect resting postion, Zebedee!!!

Came across this new site called linksasrxd.  Kind of like sicfit, but it’s more of a compilation of blogs than videos.  Tons of great information out there about paleo trends, new apparel companies, regional competition commentary, basically everything being written about crossfit can now be found in one spot. Pretty cool.  Question: How do you describe crossfit to your friends and family?
