CrossFit 201 tonight at 8:30pm!

Where our CrossFit 101 introduces new people to a sample WOD and foundational movement basics, our 201 will delve into the how’s and why’s of what we do, as well as a significant portion dedicated to nutrition.  Veteran CrossFitters are encouraged to attend as well.

Saturday:  Regular Schedule

Sunday:  9-11am Open Gym

Monday:  9-11am and 5:30-7:30pm Open Gym


Wrist wraps, knee braces, lifting shoes, compression pants, and a pair of kettleballs is all it takes!
