Heavy days can take a while so get in and warm up effectively.  I saw several people not quite sure what to do with the warm up yesterday.  A lot of thinking and slow DROM-ing happening.

 Remember if you’re not sure, just ask.  And speaking of DROM, this should take you no more than a few minutes, if that.

 It doesn’t have to be performed in any said order and should be done with a sense of focus and vigor.

 It can be anything you want and need it to be, it’s intention is to take your body’s major joints through a full range of motion.  I find that dancing is also quite effective (cue the B-Spears).
