It’s been my observation that when we stick a camera in your face, you work just a little bit harder to hang on to the bar or get one more rep before you rest the barbell. Do you agree that there is a “performance” aspect at work here? Or do you find it annoying and wish we would get the hell out of your sightline while trying to overhead squat? Sound off……….
