155 pound Bench press, 15 reps

225 Back squat, 15 reps

Set up rings and box such that heels are at the height of the bottom of the rings.

Whew!  Sectionals are over!!  Now life can get back to normal, eh?

 I don’t know about you, but the longer days and warm weather have me wanting to get the most of this summer.

 I’m always saying to myself, I want to do this or do that, read more, bike more, take a “real” vacation, visit so and so, etc….it’s a long list nonetheless and I’m determined to do it all!  What do you have planned this summer?
