Martina and I attended the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend and had a blast! Hanging out in the desert with a hundred thousand people brought back many memories of my youth and reminded me how many different people and personalities there are out there! CrossFit is a small community, but there is just as much diversity as anyplace. The lifestyle of a CrossFitter varies greatly from individual to individual. Some people are strict Paleo, others Zone. Some have a strength bias in the workouts they perform, others train for endurance events. Some are training for CrossFit competitions while others simply want to be healthy and lose weight. Some prefer alcohol while others prefer marijuana.
In the end, all that matters is if you are increasing your work capacity across broad time, modal and age domains! We will never say that one way is the only way to reach this goal.
CrossFit does not judge, we are only providing you with the support and resources you need to make your own decisions. Enjoy your April 20th responsibly!
Some like to play Star Wars!
