Eye of the tiger.

One of the unique aspects of crossfit is the clock.  It pushes us, forces us to the edge of our capacity, gives us a goal, it shows us where we are right now and where we could be.  I both love and hate the clock for it’s ability to expose my weaknesses.  This is a good thing.  Being obsessed with the clock while sacrificing everything else is not.

 Remember we are training.  Today, try to remember to maintain good hollow position in the push up, get down in the bottom of that squat, sit all the way up on the sit ups….

train these movements with intention and intensity.  Focus on the practice of the movements.

 Get better to get faster.
