What a great day yesterday was!

 Congrats to everyone who pulled off monstrous efforts on the sectional wod.

 I know training solo or in a small group doesn’t compare to what the energy of the collective can do.  So for everyone that came out to yell, scream, judge, photograph, your efforts are what make pr’s possible and what make crossfit and this community so uniquely special.
