3 Rounds for time of:

40 Double Unders

20 Kettlebell Snatches (10 each arm)

Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift Highpull

Chest to Bar Pull ups

The static holds are 30 seconds each of:  Ring Support, L-Sit, and Handstand.  You may not partition the movements, accumulate 30 seconds at one movement before moving on to the next.  Post total time to comments. (WOD inspired by CF Mean Streets who was inspired by CF South Bay)

CrossFit is the key to the life that I want to lead!  I have always said I plan on living until I’m 90 at least, which would give me almost 60 more years of life, crazy to imagine!  I barely remember the first 10 years and the past 20 has been quite the roller coaster ride.  That leaves so much life to live and living in LA offers us some of the best opportunity around!  When I read a Dogtown CrossFit post by the owner, Adam Noble, it reminded me why I really train.  The post was based off the quote, “We don’t stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing.”  I couldn’t agree more.  Please read and post what you’re training for outside the gym to comments.
