Running Faults

Remember to focus on your form!

Running is a skill like all other movement. You can run haphazardly or you can focus on becoming more efficient!

-Keep your stomach and butt squeezed at about 20%
-Tall torso with neutral spinal positioning
-Use gravity to your advantage by not allowing your foot to land in front of your general center of mass
-Pull your foot off the ground at a cadence of at least 90 rpm per foot
