Kettlebell Swing
This is a classic CrossFit movement that teaches how to drive from the hip. Be sure to maintain a tight midline and lumbar curve in the low back throughout the movement. Finish with the kettlebell overhead and straight arms.

Posterior Chain: Flossing, Hamstring Smash
Hip Work: Gristle, Groiners (Banded variation), Pigeon (Box variation), Hip Extension with band, External Rotation of the Hip with Capsule Work
Overhead Position: Foam Roll Lats, T-spine Smash, Keg Drill, Overhead Band Distraction
