Going into the Frogman Competition tomorrow (today if you’re reading this), my mind and heart are calm, but there are moments of edginess and anticipation. Knowing that I’ve done everything I could to prepare for this thing, my injuries a fuzzy memory, and my capacity is competition ready but not quite what it was, I’ve accepted that what I’ve got right now is what I’ve got. Other friends I know spend their days before competitions freaking out or spending time with family.
Since all of you are competing in the Open today, how do you spend your time the day before, and what goes through your heads?
