Cindy is a classic CrossFit combination of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats per round.  For the more advanced athlete, you can try Mary with 5 HSPUs, 10 pistols, and 15 pull-ups per round.

 

The last line in the World Class Fitness in 100 words on the left side of the site states, Regularly learn and play new sports. Congratulations to all of those that faced Mammoth Mountain and lived to tell the tale!  Our group consisted of all skill levels and backgrounds, with both skiers and snowboarders alike.  We had a chance to meet some wonderful people from CrossFit Thousand Oaks, get to know people better outside the gym environment, and test a plethora of our general physical skills.  I had a blast, and I look forward to the next journey into the wild!
