10 Power Cleans (155/115)

15 Wall Ball shots (20/14)

The handstand is ideally freestanding or facing the wall in hollow position.


Chest to wall and hollow!

I’m going to reiterate a play from our friends at CrossFit Pacific Coast today:  Everybody love everybody.  Our gym and On-Ramp classes are growing, and new faces will be joining our community very soon.

  If you see anyone you don’t know, introduce yourself to them and make them feel welcome.

  Show them the tricks of the trade and help them find their way around the gym.

  Remember we were new once too.
