Saturday Team WOD!

In teams of two:

100 Wall ball shots (one athlete at a time)

30 Partner deadlifts

30 Partner muscle ups

Surprise partner relay.

Ideally you should chose a partner of similar athletic ability. Weights and scaling will be based on said ability. If none exists, we’ll figure it out. Have fun!


I’ve always been a loner sport guy, but there is something about CrossFit team WODs and having teammates counting on you that make me push harder.  Any of you guys got this going on?
