Month one

Its been one month since the SWITCH challenge began!  One of our newest and most dedicated members Maggie had to move in the middle of the challenge, but has stuck with it and joined a new CrossFit gym in Conejo Valley.  This is what she has to say about the challenge so far:

When I first started this ‘adventure’ I only focused on the 6 week timeline; telling myself “just make it the 6 weeks to prove to yourself that you can do it and see what results you can accomplish”. However, somewhere along the way I lost sight of the 6 week timeline and started to think about food differently. This is no longer a diet that I need to stick with for only a certain amount of time but a way of life.

Crossfit and this plan have improved both my physical and mental state immensely so there is no going back to my old habits.
