As simple as the Bench Press may seem, it’s a classic and indispensable movement to any good fitness program, and possessed of enough technique and nuance for hours of study.  In short, spend 10 to 15 minutes refining and practicing the slow lifts and watch your PR’s go up.

Congratulations to all who came out to the Zone Challenge lecture and Q&A on Sunday night.  The entire lecture and the first half of Q & A were recorded so don’t worry if you missed it.  Hope your first day of the challenge was successful.  I also want to thank you all for taking this challenge on, as this is diso’s first time weighing and measuring, and I’ve always wondered if I could truly do it again.  See you guys on the google doc.
