The Press is a time honored strength builder.  Keep your body rigid, take a deep breath, and PRESS that barbell overhead with all your might.

  It’s application of force goes from the hands all the way down to the feet, making it an excellent test and developer of midline stabilization as well.  Investigate and study the Press.
