This Saturday is our second Box Jump, and we’re headed to CrossFit Pacific Coast in Santa Barbara! We’ll meet at the gym around 730 and drive up for a 10am WOD followed by lots of fun in the sun.
They will be having a swimming seminar called CrossFit H20 at 3pm in one of their local pools, and the cost is 75 bucks a person. Traver and Eric are nationally ranked swimmers and if the water is something you are uncomfortable with, it might do you well to learn from them! Inquire at the gym.
