Feel free to arrive a bit early as the WOD will start at 20 minutes after start of class, and there will be a 40 minute time limit.  We will have scaling options available, and stations set-up for warm up.  Please scale accordingly.

Although a contingent of us will be at CrossFit Ventura’s Central Coast Clash this Saturday, the gym will still be OPEN for regular classes. 

The gym will be open Sunday at 10am for OPEN GYM, and there will be a CrossFit 101 at 11 am.

Saturday, August 28th, we will have our next ‘Box Jump’ to CrossFit Pacific Coast in Santa Barbara!  Carpool/leave from the gym around 730am and the WOD starts at 10.  Sign up at the gym!
