CFHQ head trainer Adrian Bozman teaches the kipping pullup, Part 1 wmv/mov and Part 2 wmv/mov.  If you do not yet have the strength to do a pullup with your chin above the bar, you can try it off of a box wmv/mov or with a rubber band, but its important to learn this movement!
