GHD Bliss

Want to learn to jumprope, be patient!  Check out how Buddy Lee teaches the jump rope.  He starts with the jumping movement, before you even get a jumprope.

From there you need to perfect a single jump before you begin to practice stringing them together.  Happy projectile jumping!
