5 Front squats (185/ 105)

10 Chest to bar Pull-ups

20 Double-unders

Malibu Creek State Park

If you haven’t seen the sign up at the gym yet, we are starting a new monthly program called Box Jump Saturdays!  We will be travelling to other CF facilities to meet and train with people from the community.  Other days, we will host members from other gyms at our box!

  We can experience different coaching styles, warm up and cool down procedures and maybe get a little competitve spirit going along the way.

The first event will be next Saturday, June 19th at CrossFit South Bay at 10am in Hermosa Beach.  Check out their site, they have a big link about the event, so lets show ’em what we’ve got!

  We’ll be heading to the beach afterwards for some fun in the surf and sun.
