Smidty demonstrates a good finish position for the Power Snatch.
Perfect technique for 1 rep max Olympic lifts may not necessarily be the same for WODs that demand high rep Oly lifts. Just watching videos and competitions, or even doing them yourself, easily demonstrate this observation. “Snatch Strategies for CrossFit Workouts and Competitions” by Dave Castro is a well thought out and meticulous exploration on this phenomena.
