All Paradiso CrossFitters!  Doing this workout Rx’d takes slightly under an hour even for our seasoned veterans.  Please try to arrive early, warm up, and be ready to go anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after class starts.

  We’ll have 3 and 4 round alternatives as well.
