We highly encourage you to come check it out if possible.

  You will have a chance to experience the size of the CrossFit community, watch some of the fittest human beings on the planet compete, and best of all, cheer on our affiliate team!

  We will go head to head against 75 other CrossFit gyms from the Southwestern Region for an opportunity to compete in the final CrossFit Games this July.

  Only 8 teams will advance after two days of events.  Stay tuned for the weekend updates!
