We are officially over the hump with the 30 day Paleo Challenge! We would love to hear any stories and experiences about how you are feeling, performing or dealing.
Remember we have the discussion forums available on the navigation bar to the left now. This is a great tool to keep track of your progress with both nutrition and your workouts, and a great way to see what other people are up to.
There are also forums to discuss what’s happening at the gym and a suggestion box area. On that note, there was the idea of possibly creating a members’ directory for the site with a picture and a personalized profile.
This will be absolutely mandatory and you will have no say in what picture we post!
