  • Newbies and current members unite this Saturday for the CrossFit 101 class at 11am.  Learn more about what we do and why it works!

  • Our second movie night this Sunday!  We will be showcasing Spaceballs at 6:30pm.  Feel free to bring your favorite Paleo treat and a comfy chair might not be a bad idea.

  • Learn and play new sports with surfing this sunday and rock climbing on wednesday morning.  Let one of us know if you are interested so we can figure out equipment.

  • A paintball game is in the works for a sunday morning sometime in May.  Looking to get multiple affiliates involved to make it a full-on epic CrossFit event!  Cost should be around $40 per person.
