Its arts and crafts day!

The night before last I was thinking about how much wall balls suck ass and decided that maybe I was too sore to do the workout the following day.  But nooo, I wasn’t too sore, I was just being a big pussy!  I didn’t want to do the workout because I hate wall balls, and I knew it.

  I decided right there that I would not fear wall balls any longer!  I thought to myself, I wonder how many wall balls I could do in a row, that could actually be a fun challenge.

  Hmm, perhaps there are a bunch of these types of challenges that could help me with my weaknesses, ahh yes, so obvious.

   I decided to make a list of things to do when I have some extra time, and I realized the list could go on for quite a while.  We’ll start with the obvious:  max reps wall balls without stopping, max 135lb thruster in a minute, max L-sit hold, max weighted pull ups, max muscle ups in one grip, max distance walking on hands in one minute, max strict pullups, max hang on bar, max chin hold above bar, max jumping squats with a 45lb bar in one minute.
