Pittsburgh Police Officer Paul John Rizzo Domenic Sciullo II, 36, was shot and killed in the line of duty while responding to a domestic disturbance call on April 4, 2009. He was engaged to be married with Lisa Esposito. 

Paradiso CrossFit extends our condolences to the family and friends of Officer Sciullo.

Our first movie night was a rousing success!  Thank you all for making it happen.  

Today also marks our very first time using loaded barbells outside.  Here is San Francisco CrossFit Playing with Overhead Strength, for a taste of what this morning will be like. 

But back to movie night, I’m with diso on the next one being on a Sunday evening-ish, and with the next movie being a comedy.  I humbly propose ‘Spaceballs‘ or ‘Team America: World Police.’
