Take the time to introduce yourself to someone you don’t know, help our new On-Rampers feel welcome, share your experiences with them, and help show them the ropes around the gym.  I know this goes without saying for most of you, but for some new faces, and there are quite a few these days, it’s worth stating here.

Speaking of On-Ramp, we’ll be hosting our first CrossFit 101 beta test today at 11 am.  All On Rampers old and new, and veterans alike are encouraged to attend!
