A storm has been brewing within the community and a challenge has been born!  If you have not heard, there will be a voluntary 30 day Paleo Challenge starting this Monday!  The Sweet Assassin has kindly posted details on the Nutrition Blog and Smidty has created a Google group forum where there are already discussions happening!

I know many of you still have questions about the Paleo diet and have some reservations about being able to do this.  THIS WILL NOT BE EASY!  I just wanted to make that clear.  Most of you will have to make a few changes to your eating habits, meaning you will have to cook more!  Fortunately, we will be in this together, some of us have been through this process before, and we have the super convenient Puhlayo Market delivery.  The rewards are great and I look forward to seeing your transformation!  Again, please read the rules on the Nutrition Blog and we will also be posting something at the gym.  Check out the pics from some other CrossFit gyms that did the Paleo Challenge, here, here and here.
