A couple months ago, a few of us signed up for an epic event…something bigger than the CrossFit Games…something called the Warrior Dash!  We’re going to kill that thing!

  We couldn’t have a better training protocol for what’s described as The ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes. This running series is held on some of the nation’s most demanding and unique terrain.

Participants will conquer extreme obstacles and celebrate their feat with music, beer, warrior helmets and muddy shorts. The course is about 3 miles long with 12 obstacles to face along the way.  A new wave of athletes will start every half hour from 11:00am to 5:00pm, with 500 people per wave!  The event is sold out, but I believe there is a spectator area if you want to come drink some beer and eat some warrior roast!
