There are a bunch of fun ‘Golden Standards’ within the CrossFit world, like 2 minutes consecutive Double Unders, Hold an L-sit for 90 seconds, Deadlift 2 1/2 times your bodyweight, 10 Handstand Pushups without a wall, and one of my favorites is the 15 reps of Overhead Squat with your Bodyweight.  A huge test of hip and leg strength, watch the midline stability of these athletes as they try to maintain control of the weight overhead.  Nicole and John can both do it!  Don’t forget to watch this video first…Overhead Squatting safely.
