Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

If you missed the invite, there is a gathering at Dockweiler Beach in Playa del Rey tomorrow.  The plan is to meet on the beach sometime around 2:30pm and stay until they kick us out!  Feel free to bring your own beverages, food or firewood as its the only place in LA county that has firepits.  Enjoy the roar of the planes flying over you from LAX and the sweet smell of the nearby water treatment plant, I love nature…

Other events I would like to plan for the near future include:  paintball, flying trapeze, single track mountain biking, skeet shooting, hiking, and more of the holy trinity surfing/ rock climbing/ snowboarding.
