Welcome back Fondo, you haven’t missed a stride

What a fun time yesterday!  I have listened to that “3, 2, 1, go!” so many times in recent years, but it was a completely different experience standing on that line before these drills.  It transported me back to elementary school and actually felt kind of weird to sprint as fast as I could for a short distance.  Still basking in the afterglow, it felt great!  Mark my words, we will be doing this again…
