recent L1 Cert and decision to compete at Sectionals, commitment to training and nutrition (leading up to Sectionals at least!), is only a manifestation of her love for CrossFit.  We applaud your progress Suver, the example you provide to the newer ladies, your willingness to trust us with your fitness, your inconceivable deadlift abilities, and finally your unremitting heart.  Thank you for being what you are to this comminity.
